Shipping Information

U.S.P.S Priority Mail:

The post office says that it takes 2-3 days to anywhere in the US. We find that it takes 2-4 days during busy times of the year. If you are located outside of the US mainland or have an international address then this is your only shipping option.

All boxes are automatically insured. The insurance company will not reimburse a customer until 30 days has past. We do not use the US Post Office to insure our boxes as their prices are very high.


 

United Parcel Service:

We ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) from warehouses in TX and CT (whichever is closest and has the items ordered). Our default delivery method is UPS Ground. This service can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. If you need your order by a specific date please call us and we will find out where your order will be shipping from and how many days it will take to get to you.

Please be aware that UPS does not count the day it ships or weekends when it gives delivery estimates. For example if you order UPS 3 Day Select on a Friday your box will not arrive until the following Wednesday.


 

UPS Rush Services:

UPS 3 Day Select (delivered on the third day- do not count the day it ships or weekends)

UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered in two days)

UPS Next Day Air (10 am delivery the next day M-F)

UPS Next Day Air Early AM (8 am delivery the next day M-F- not available in all areas)

UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivered next day by the end of the day M-F)

Note: If you are choosing a rush service and expect your box to ship out the same day be sure to place the order before 10:00am EST/EDT. Orders placed after that time may or may not be able to ship out that same day.

Tracking:

When your order ships out we will send you a tracking number. You can take that tracking number and track your package at UPS.com Be aware that tracking emails can get caught in SPAM filters. If you did not get one be sure to check there first.


 

Weekends:

Rates:

Rates are based off of the total weight of the item(s) you are ordering.

The only way to to get a shipping price is to add item(s) to a shopping cart and then type your zipcode into the box that says "Shipping to ZIP:" on the shopping cart page. Then hit the Update button. Your shipping price will be displayed.

Notes: Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5 handling charge. Over $50.00 and that fee is waived. Orders that ship via UPS Ground and over $100.00 can ship for free.
